Because some of the guys switched from FF to FR it seemed like a nice idea to have a drift practice. There is a great location some miles away from Breda where they could practise all they want without getting caught. They have practised some basic method like clutchkicking, shiftlocking, powersliding and feint drifting.
The S12 is a difficult car to drift with, when its dry it hardly makes enough power to drift and therefore most drifts have to start with a clutchkick.
As you can see the drifts are getting better during the evening. They start sooner and last longer. These are some good developments.
The skyline is a different story, this one has a lot more power and has an LSD. Drifting with an LSD is a lot easier than drifting with an open diff. Powersliding is also easier because of the engine makes more power.
Looking at the improvements the evenening was a great succes. It is no doubt that both drivers still have to learn a geat deal but at least they are going in the right direction. Sideways that is!
