Builds: drysump K20

Some of the Low Profile racers are working on a few builds that have have the capability to leave a deep impression on the LP timeattacks when they are finished. Somewhere in the back of a wharehouse there is a K20 that is getting built. However this is not a regular K20.

As you can this is K20 is packed with nice goodies like a K tuned filler neck relocation. It looks like this K is going to have an electric waterpump as the original one has been replaced by a block off plate. However when we look at the K20 from below we will see something strange:

This K20 has been fitted with a dry-sump. We will discuss the advantages of a dry sump later on, but it is clear to see that this is something you do not see every day. We bet that every dry sump K20's in hollandcan be counted on one hand.

We dont know how a Spoon Sports kevlar valve cover plug will make the car go faster, but it does show the depth of this build. Even though the owner is pretty silent about the internals and which car will have this engine (we expect an EK coupe because of the wheel base) But we can be sure that this car will go fast. Very fast....
