Top Secret is a company that should be known by now. You could call it a piece of social development on car level. It has been founded by Kazuhiko Nagata. Or as everyone calls him: Smoky Nagata... And that name is known for a reason..
Smoky, or Kazuhiko started out at Greddy as a regular employee. He helped out where possible and didnt mind to get his hands dirty. As he was very interested in technology he started making his own parts after closing hours. After a while his bosses spotted him and confronted them with it. Smokey thought this would be the end of his career, but the bosses were very interested. Therefore he was allowed to continue making his own parts at greddy, as long as he told no one about it. This was a project between him and his bosses, it was top secret.
Top Secret anno 2011 is supplying basically everything you would like to have. They do not specify in a type of car and if they dont have it yet, they can make it for you. From headers, to bodykits, from modified turbos to lightweight doors. Besides this you can get crate engines that have more than 1000 bhp. Also you can buy special editions TE-37's which are called the Time-attack editions. These are even lighter than the original ones. Which brings us to the entire point and goal of Top Secret: Function follows Form.
It will not surprise you that Top Secret can blow every supercar away in the corners. Take this Lamborghini Gallardo for example. The picture sais it all.
