The white devil, also known as fog, is for most people reason to stay indoors and only go outside if strictly nessecary and drive with as many lights on as possible. These people are not in line with the Low Profile ideology. According to Low profile you need to give up the location you are familisr with and move yourselve to the unknown, in this case the fog.
And this is exactly what happened today. Even though the KNMI gave a negative advice to go outside today the planned time attacks continued.
It is not that surprising that there havent been any record times, but this hasnt been the plan at all. Because the racers were driving their usual tracks with an unknown factor they were forced to keep pushing themselves to the limit. According to the computer the times have been inchreased with 39% after the practise. These are definitly good developments for these racers.
We have not tested yet but we expect that the times have increased now in regular conditions as well. Because they drove the tracks with hardly anything to see they relied more on their knowledge of the track. This can be used during the regular time attacks and will increase their times and safety. We are confident to see some positive changes when the sky is clear again.
